Simba FRP (P) Ltd., a fast growing, technology oriented NRI company, was incorporated in India in 1987 to manufacture various fiberglass-reinforced products. Our corporate office is situated in New Delhi & the manufacturing plants are situated on a seven acre site in Sikandrabad, U.P. - about 50 kms from New Delhi. Simba is a professionally managed company with a highly motivated & dedicated workforce of over 150 employees. Simba has invested over Rs. 35 Million in its state of the art manufacturing facility, with an annual turnover of Rs. 100 Million. Simba has recently diversified into Project management services & the manufacture of composite polymer doors. Simba has SEVEN divisions, the activities of which are briefly outlined below:

This division manufactures high quality fiberglass sheets & panels under the brand name SIMCRYL. These sheets are produced using a matched metal die press line & technology, acquired from the USA. These sheets find application in roofing, green houses, northlight glazing etc. SIMCRYL is India's only machine moulded fiberglass sheet. This Division incorporates state of the art overseas technology to manufacture International quality composite & polymer wooden door shutters. This division produces "E" Glassfiber inserts for use in automotive & genset silencers. Here Simba manufactures fiberglass moulded components for the automotive industry as well as quality boats for recreation & adventure sports, machinery housing, water tanks, furniture etc. This division employs latest Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) process with technology acquired from the U.K.The contact moulding & spray-up processes are also used. Here we undertake the production of SMC / DMC moulded components for application in electrical, telecommunications, defense, railways, automotive etc. We also manufacture high quality SMC / DMC compounds for a variety of general as well as specialized applications to customer specifications. SIMBA produces various hi-quality Unsaturated Polyester Resins for a variety of general purpose & specialized applications. SIMBA also undertakes the blending of speciality resins. The plant has a fully equipped laboratory to monitor quality & process parameters. The Management services division has been set up to provide comprehensive entry level assistance to Multinational and Foreign construction companies wanting to operate in India. Assistance includes arranging project finance, Business development etc. Simba has in-house facilities for testing of chemicals, raw materials and finished products to help maintain the quality standards. Simba FRP (P) Ltd. is currently working towards achieving ISO certification.
